Where to find your booking

• Confirmation email. A copy of these details is sent to the email address you gave when booking. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
• Your booking reference. Keep the reference above — quoting it is the fastest way for us (or any reception desk) to pull up your booking.
• Reference lookup. You can look your booking up yourself at any time using the reference code on our "Find my booking" page.
